Service Description

A supportive, structured, and culturally grounded journey through pregnancy. We focus on connection, education, and partner readiness—so birth becomes something you experience together. This program includes: 3 Prenatal Visits (1 hour each) In-person or virtual — your choice. Visit 1: Understanding your birth preferences + emotional preparation Visit 2: Partner support training + comfort measures + advocacy language Visit 3: Birth plan rehearsal + labor flow + grounding strategies Prenatal Appointment Support Beginning at 28 Weeks I attend your medical appointments (as requested) to help you understand options, ask questions, and make confident decisions. Virtual Birth Support (Included) Phone, text, and video guidance during labor to support both you and your partner in real time. Enrollment in THE LABOR SIMULATION EXPERIENCE™ (Included) Partners learn how to show up with presence, empathy, and confidence before birth begins. 2 Postpartum Wellness Visits (1 hour each) In-person or virtual, based on comfort. Focused on emotional integration, bonding, feeding support, and recovery. We don’t replace the partner. We strengthen the bond that carries you through birth. In-Person Birth Support (Optional Add-On) $1,200 · Up to 12 hours of continuous labor support Additional hours: $75/hr Available only to enrolled clients. Additional Support (Optional) Extra prenatal appointment support: $85/visit Additional postpartum visits: $70/visit Private 1:1 Labor Simulation Session: $300 per couple
